Carbon Grove is a carbon reduction reminder service that is operated by Jackson Fish Market LLC. The service allows you to sign-up (using your email address) to receive periodic reminders about small things you can do to reduce your carbon footprint. In order to use the service you will need to have installed Internet Explorer version 7 or later and Microsoft Silverlight. You may cancel the service at any time.

The only personal information Carbon Grove collects is the email address you provide when you register with the service or if you communicate with us via e-mail. If you recommend the site to a friend, we do not retain their email address unless they register with the site. Additionally, we collect the IP addresses of visitors to the site as well as aggregate information such as what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and/or information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then either discarded or used for other purposes relating to the operation of the site, such as to improve the content of our Web page or to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor. Email addresses are used to contact customers with their carbon reduction reminders or to notify consumers about updates to our Web site. Email addresses are retained by Jackson Fish LLC for the purpose of conducting the business of the Carbon Grove website and are not transferred to third parties or advertisers. On occasion we may hire others to assist in the operation of our site and those parties may have access to email addresses, but only for the purpose of conducting the business of this site.

It is possible that our practices will change at some time in the future. If they do, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

If at any time you wish to discontinue the service or desire that we delete your email record, either send mail to arborists@carbongrove.com or click on the bottom link in your e-mail reminder and you will not get any more reminders or e-mails from us.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the address below.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, please contact us at our electronic or physical addresses.
